Job Title: Construction Software Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to play a crucial role in configuring and customizing construction project management software.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms, import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation;
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports;
  • Build and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes;
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration;
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization;
  • A strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting);
  • The ability to work comfortably in a non-client-facing role;
  • Excellent attention to detail;

Bonus Skills:

  • SOP creation, automation tools (Zapier/Make), knowledge of Asana/ClickUp/Trello, basic API or CSV manipulation;
