About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our team in Davao City. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects by gathering information, analyzing data, and using relevant software tools. Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred.Fresh graduates and non-licensed applicants who are eager to learn are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with construction estimating software such as PlanSwift, Spreadhseets, MS Excel, or similar tools is an advantage.
  • Analytical & Mathematical Skills: Strong numerical ability and keen attention to detail for accurate quantity take-offs and cost assessments.
  • Communication Skills: Able to actively listen, follow instructions precisely, and clearly communicate issues or insights to support process improvement.
  • Time Management & Organization: Capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Collaboration: Works well within a team and cooperates with engineers, architects, and other professionals to deliver high-quality outputs.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Able to anticipate potential issues, evaluate alternatives, and adjust estimates accordingly.
