Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-focused appointment setter to connect with healthcare practices and target industries.

The ideal candidate will engage decision-makers through direct messaging and cold calling, building rapport and setting qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices and other businesses.
  • Send personalized direct messages via various platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using a proven outreach framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are captured in relevant systems.
  • Maintain accurate call records and meet weekly appointment goals.
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outbound appointment setting, telesales or lead generation.
  • Proven success with cold calling and DM-based outreach.
  • Comfortable using tools like Kixie, Pipedrive and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Self-motivated, organized and target-driven.
