Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday HCM Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will work on transforming digital services, delivering cutting-edge solutions, and pushing the boundaries of technology as a collaborative member of a dynamic team.

The role involves supporting the implementation and configuration of enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base. This includes collaborating with team members to understand customer requirements and delivering solutions aligned to customer needs.

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding customer requirements and contributing to Workday HCM implementations. You will also collaborate with team members, seek guidance from senior consultants as needed, escalate issues appropriately, and seek support from the broader team.

• A good understanding of Workday products, particularly HCM, or related specialist capability
• Good customer focus with some experience in a customer-facing environment
• Clear and effective communication skills, with credibility with customers and colleagues, including in remote settings
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project and business dynamics
• Attention to detail and ability to work within remote teams and with customers, with limited supervision
• Ability to plan own workload and meet deadlines
• Adherence to standards and procedures to maintain high quality and accuracy
• Awareness of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies; ensures information security
• Willingness to learn about relevant subject matter, e.g., international regulatory requirements
