Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving the global supply-side lead generation strategy, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and deliver scalable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for lead generation growth, focusing on mission-aligned nonprofits and social impact organizations
  • Design and maintain automated systems for lead sourcing, qualification, and conversion, ensuring end-to-end data integrity and compliance
  • Leverage CRM platforms and AI tools to streamline workflows and improve targeting efficiency
  • Vet prospective partners to ensure legitimacy, compliance with global standards, and fraud-free status
  • Lead data-driven decision-making by developing performance dashboards and delivering actionable insights to improve conversion rates and team efficiency
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in lead generation, partnerships, or business development, preferably in nonprofit, social impact, or international organizations
  • Strong experience using HubSpot and other CRM or lead management tools
  • Proven ability to manage and optimize tech-enabled systems for tracking and automation
  • Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to optimize workflows
