Accounting Leadership Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Accounting Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership potential, and a passion for solving complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform end-to-end General Ledger Accounting services.
  • Partner with the Finance Controller for ASC 606 recording and commission expense reporting.
  • Design and roll out processes for capitalizing software development costs under ASC 350.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for senior leadership.
  • Lead projects requiring technical accounting research, GAAP compliance, and memo preparation.
  • Identify and implement process and system improvements.
  • Participate in software implementations, process upgrades, and cross-training initiatives.
  • Take ownership of special projects, ad hoc reports, and general accounting duties as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CPA with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
  • 2-3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies.
  • At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (insurance and tech company experience is a plus).
  • Strong exposure to ASC 606.
  • QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Credit Card transaction expertise.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while acting with integrity and professionalism.
