Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for answering patient inquiries, processing credit card payments, and analyzing patient accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  • Resolve patient inquiries, requests, and disputes over the phone.
  • Process patient credit card payments to resolve outstanding self-pay balances.
  • Analyze and resolve issues on patient accounts.

What You Will Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in Hospital/Facility or Physician billing.
  • English-speaking proficiency is required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
