Patient Experience Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Call Center Representative. You will be responsible for answering patient inquiries, processing credit card payments, and analyzing patient accounts.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
- Resolve patient inquiries, requests, and disputes over the phone.
- Process patient credit card payments to resolve outstanding self-pay balances.
- Analyze and resolve issues on patient accounts.
What You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in Hospital/Facility or Physician billing.
- English-speaking proficiency is required; Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
