Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cleanvironment Waste Management Services Inc.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and be proficient in MS Office, with experience in permitting and billing.
About the Role:
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the organization, serving as the primary point of contact for employees.
- Permitting: Monitor and process all company permits, ensuring timely renewals and new applications.
- Communication: Liaise with local agencies and private companies on behalf of the organization.
- Office Management: Manage office supplies, communicate with building administration, and prepare regular reports.
- Billing and Collection: Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Pollution Control Officer (PCO): Perform duties related to pollution control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in administrative roles, particularly in permitting.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Knowledge of billing and collection processes.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, and a dynamic work environment.
