REPORTING TO: Manager: Training and Capacity Building

JOB GRADE: C5 Minimum Midpoint

Salary Range: R515 020 - R605 906

LOCATION: National Office

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To deliver and facilitate training and capacity building interventions on Seda-endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
  1. Conduct and facilitate capacity building of Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on Seda-endorsed tools.
  2. Conduct and facilitate technical training on Seda-endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor and evaluate implemented training interventions.
  4. Provide management training and capacity building reports.
  5. Certify Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on tools competency.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Human Resources Development.
  • Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management/Human Resources Development is an added advantage.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
  • 4 – 6 years' work experience in Small Enterprise Development sector as a practitioner.
  • Experience in the utilization of business assessment tools/methodology.
  • Experience in the utilization of Seda-endorsed tools will be an added advantage.
  • Advanced computer competency.
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures.
