Job Title: Head of Credit Risk Management

This role oversees the strategic management of credit risk, developing and implementing policies to ensure investment goals are met while minimizing risk exposure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain comprehensive credit risk policies and procedures for real estate transactions.
  • Lead the assessment of borrower creditworthiness, including individuals, developers, and institutional clients.
  • Monitor the performance of the credit portfolio and implement mitigation strategies for emerging risks.
  • Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
  • 8-10+ years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in real estate or top financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. lending regulations and real estate market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
