KMC Careers is seeking a results-oriented sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for selling postage meters and office, mailing, and shipping consumable supplies to existing business clients via high-volume outbound calling.
Main Responsibilities:- Closing sales by understanding client needs, recommending products, and positioning the company's value proposition.
- Cultivating your work environment by participating in team development activities, mentoring new employees, and partnering with internal teams to resolve errors and client escalations.
- Achieving quota and productivity goals by consistently meeting monthly sales quotas, navigating complex software systems, and striving to meet promotion requirements within the first 12 months.
- At least 1 year of outbound calling experience in a high call volume setting (100+ calls daily).
- Sales or customer service experience with a strong track record of exceeding goals set by others.
- The proven core sales skills to be successful in this role, including resiliency, overcoming objections, closing sales, and recognizing opportunities in difficult situations.
