Job Title:

Quality Assurance Director

The ideal candidate will oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring thorough coverage for edge case scenarios and failure scenarios.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive test plans to ensure the highest level of product quality.
  • Lead a team of QA engineers and audit analysts in designing, developing, and executing tests for merchant integration touchpoints and product configurations.
  • Ensure alignment with business requirements and collaborate closely with technical leads on design, configuration analysts on business enabling, and controls and governance teams.
  • Drive the adoption of automated testing tools and develop test scripts for repeatable and scalable execution.
  • Monitor and report quality metrics for rollout including escaped defects, test coverage, and time to resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular audits not only limited to wallet transactions but also include experience compliance, integration compliance, and security compliance.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in Quality Assurance roles with at least 2 years of experience in managing a team of QA engineers and audit analysts. A background in fintech, digital wallets, or merchant onboarding is preferred.
