About The JobWe are seeking a Quality Assurance / Training Director to deliver outstanding results for our clients. The role involves working closely with multiple departments to meet key metrics.

We need a leader with vision, experience, and passion to contribute to our culture and client success. Responsibilities include:Implementing professional development plans and training programs

Ensuring proficient staff training and development across teams

Providing transparent quality assurance coaching to global teams

Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational consistency

Developing and promoting best practices in training and professional development

Fostering an inclusive learning environment and positive employee engagement

Creating cost-effective training programs with measurable outcomes

Evaluating direct report performance

Supervising and mentoring staff to meet deadlines

Driving best practices across all responsibilities

Motivating teams and building trust within the organization

Requirements:Post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field5+ years of contact center leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams

Experience with adult learning principles and training methodologies (ILT, eLearning, etc.)Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, written)Client relationship management experience

Ability to manage ongoing change and business growth

Strong organizational and time management skills

Understanding of continuous improvement plans

Proven leadership and management skills, preferably in a contact center

Experience leading global teams

Valid international travel documents
