Key Role: Patient Recruitment Specialist

The primary objective of this role is to support clinical trials by identifying and recruiting volunteers for studies. This involves working in a remote environment, often during night shifts.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial screenings with potential volunteers via telephone, utilizing pre-prepared questionnaires to assess their suitability for the trial.
  • Schedule further appointments for volunteers who meet the initial criteria, ensuring they are informed about the screening process.
  • Engage with previous volunteers to encourage their participation in upcoming studies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain professionalism throughout all interactions.
  • Perform demographic and medical history interviews with volunteers over the phone.
  • Accurately record and review volunteer information, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Schedule volunteers for additional screenings or consent appointments if necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks that aid the recruitment process.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Life Science or a related healthcare field.
  • Preferably, experience working in a contact center environment, possessing the relevant knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
