About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Healthcare Recruiter. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top healthcare talent.

Your primary objective will be to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates who meet the requirements of our clients. This includes managing job orders, submitting candidates, and ensuring a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Sourcing and screening qualified healthcare professionals for contract and permanent roles across the U.S.
  • Utilizing MSP and VMS platforms to manage job orders and submit candidates.
  • Leveraging your own sourcing resources and tools to identify top healthcare talent.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting healthcare professionals within an MSP and/or VMS environment.
  • A strong understanding of the MSP/VMS process, compliance, and submission guidelines.
  • Access to your own sourcing tools (e.g., job boards, databases, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • The ability to work U.S. business hours (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific) or solely on weekends if preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • A self-motivated, disciplined approach to working independently in a 100% remote role.
  • Eligibility to work as an independent contractor.
  • A VOIP US phone number or line.
