Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the expansion of our mental health service provider network in Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expand our mental health service provider network across Asia
  • Identify and onboard mental health professionals to offer ad hoc psychological support to clients
  • Assess client needs and match them with suitable providers using proprietary database management tools
  • Maintain accurate applicant information in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Provider databases
  • Promptly respond to provider inquiries within defined turnaround times
  • Distribute provider guidelines and application materials to external affiliates/providers during recruitment
  • Review provider applications and supporting documentation for thoroughness
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information
  • Effectively communicate provider information to hiring managers
  • Proactively manage caseloads to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience recruiting non-local candidates
  • Database management expertise for candidate information
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to start immediately
