Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to source and attract top talent in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in healthcare roles. They should be confident on the phone, great with follow-ups, and skilled at closing candidates.

This role involves sourcing qualified candidates for various healthcare positions, conducting phone screens and managing interviews via video conferencing tools. The successful candidate will also maintain and update candidate records in our ATS and recruitment dashboards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience
  • Healthcare recruitment experience preferred
  • Confident on the phone and great with follow-ups
  • Skilled at closing candidates
  • Proactive, self-managed, and able to juggle multiple roles at once
  • Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, onboarding, and licensing basics
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented when handling compliance tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working 100% remotely with a reliable setup
  • Willingness to work in a US time zone schedule
