Key Responsibilities
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve systemic customer issues to prevent recurrence.

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot technical and functional issues related to website performance, account management, subscriptions, orders, and payments.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and internal processes.

Requirements
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of customer service management experience in an e-commerce or subscription-based environment.
  • Certifications: Proven expertise in customer support with e-commerce experience.
  • Technical Skills: Exceptional technical aptitude with adaptability to new tools and technologies.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Shopify, Recharge, Gorgias CRM, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
