- Schedule meetings, coordinate project timelines, and handle document organization.
- Prepare reports and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in executive assistance, project coordination, or a related role, preferably in architecture or construction.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets).
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with architectural terminology and workflows.
- Experience using task management software such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, Trello.
- Background in architecture, construction, or a related industry is advantageous.
Work Schedule:Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM EST, work from home.
