Project Leader

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit existing open files and convert them into structured projects with clear milestones, deliverables, timelines, and deadlines.
  • Maintain internal documentation for project status reviews.
  • Create and manage external-facing status updates for clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering proactive updates on a consistent schedule.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across all active matters and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Recent experience utilizing project management tools (Jira, Trello, or similar platforms).
  • Proven background in project management, office administration, or operations.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
