We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Engineer to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving technical issues effectively.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will provide top-tier customer support to WordPress users through ticket and live chat systems, guide customers on how to use specific products, diagnose problems and offer solutions, troubleshoot and investigate issues, create detailed bug reports for developers, and share knowledge with other team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Over 5 years of hands-on experience with WordPress and in-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem.
- Proficient in creating well-structured HTML documents and implementing CSS techniques.
- Familiarity with JavaScript and basic PHP syntax.
- Experience using custom hooks and filters in WordPress.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving WordPress issues using WP Debug and browser console errors.
- Knowledge of WordPress page builder plugins, theme builders, and SEO plugins.
- Skilled in optimizing WordPress websites according to Google Core Web Vitals and Page Speed Insights.
- Experienced in building and managing WooCommerce websites.
- Capable of setting up WordPress local environments and staging sites.
- Familiarity with WordPress security best practices.
