About the role

DM Consunji, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Staff to support the design and implementation of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) or Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) projects. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in industrial and utility-scale facilities, with a focus on architectural planning, layout optimization, and compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, sections, and details specifically for WTP/STP infrastructure.

  • Coordinate with engineering disciplines (civil, structural, MEPF) to ensure integration of architectural elements with utility systems.

  • Support the preparation of drawings for permit applications, construction documents, and as-built plans.

  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure architectural works align with approved designs and quality standards.

  • Assist in material selection and specification writing, particularly for moisture- and chemical-resistant finishes and structures.

  • Participate in value engineering processes to optimize cost and functionality.

  • Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and design documentation as required by the project team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and construction of Water Treatment Plants (WTP) or Sewage Treatment Plants (STP).

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.

  • Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., DPWH, DENR, DOH guidelines) for treatment plant design is a strong advantage.

  • Familiarity with green building concepts and sustainable design practices is a plus.

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
