Job Overview

The NetSuite Developer and Administrator role entails the design, development, implementation, and ongoing support of comprehensive NetSuite ERP solutions.

This includes system configuration, SuiteScript customization, integration with other platforms, and technical support for users.

Candidates in this position will collaborate closely with stakeholders to optimize the platform for business processes and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customize and enhance the NetSuite platform using SuiteScript.
  • Maintain system integrity, including user roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, saved searches, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality and performance.
  • Monitor NetSuite releases and assess their impact on current processes and customizations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and support data migration efforts as needed.
  • Provide end-user training and support for NetSuite-related processes.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience as a NetSuite Administrator or Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
  • Strong background in enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and system integration.
  • SuiteScript 1.0/2.0, RESTlets, Web Services, and SuiteTalk expertise.
  • Data migration and management skills using CSV imports and tools.
  • Experience in NetSuite modules such as Financials, CRM, and Inventory.
