About this role

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team. As an IT Engineer 1, you will be responsible for providing timely support for computer and application issues.

Key responsibilities include managing IT operations, Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support, and contributing to enterprise system improvements.

You will also administer employee onboarding and offboarding, workstation configuration, and system access.

Collaboration with the finance team is required to maintain vendor payment processes.

The successful candidate will adhere to internal policies and enforce IT procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in end-user operating systems (macOS, Windows) and networking skills (TCP/IP, routing).
  • Experience with virtualization technologies, Single Sign On platforms, and productivity software.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and scripting/automation for system tasks.
