- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
- Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management to optimize productivity.
- Manage and monitor executive inboxes and correspondences to ensure timely responses.
- Arrange travel logistics and activities for executives.
- Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Manage and reconcile expenses for executives.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare executive-level reports and documentation.
- Organize and maintain documents and files to facilitate easy access to information.
- Assist with special projects and assignments to support business objectives.
- Safeguard confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Develop effective working relationships with executives, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3-4 years of executive assistant experience supporting high-level executives.
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple executives across different time zones.
- Proven discretion when handling confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills on various platforms.
