Job Details

This role involves providing on-site technical support to customers across the country. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for installing, testing, and repairing cranes at customer locations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities
  • Install, test, and repair cranes at customer sites
  • Conduct inspections and diagnose issues with crane equipment
  • Provide training to customers on new or used cranes
  • Prepare detailed reports of work completed and provide recommendations for future maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and complete required documentation
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through ongoing training and professional development

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Technology or Mechanical Engineering
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work overtime as required
