We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our clients' teams, working remotely from various locations. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying top talent across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates via job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Managing candidate databases and tracking recruitment metrics to ensure efficient hiring processes
  • Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to define job requirements and staffing needs
  • Assisting with job advertising and ensuring targeted posts reach the right audience
  • Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
  • Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for connecting with people and understanding their backgrounds and experiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented record-keeping and follow-up on all recruitment activities
  • Ability to quickly learn about various roles and communicate company needs to candidates
  • Familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Fresh graduates welcome; training provided
  • Fully remote position offering flexibility in work location
  • Full-time position with semi-flexible working hours and overlap with EST
