About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a skilled professional to administer, maintain, and enhance our HR Operations for Atlassian's International and Domestic Mobility Program.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing the day-to-day mobility activities, including providing hands-on support of all issues related to domestic and international relocation, immigration, and assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the end-to-end processes associated with the Global Mobility program, including international and domestic assignments, immigration, and relocation across countries;
  • Provide direct hands-on support working directly with mobile employees, various internal/external stakeholders, and support groups;
  • Perform various administrative and functional tasks such as creating and maintaining assignment letters, relocation offers, immigration applications, and their associated files;
  • Ensure that team members (internal and external) are on schedule and provide updates as needed in relation to their status;
  • Manage visa policies and external service provider relationships, addressing complex cases in need of escalation;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience;
  • Proven experience in global mobility operations, preferably in a similar role;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
  • Experience working with Workday and leading collaboration tools is an advantage;
  • Global Mobility experience is highly desirable.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

A WFH set-up is available, but there may be times when we require the resource to join team engagement events onsite.
