Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to collaborate and support our cross-functional team. This role will focus on creating detailed, comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for testing complex software systems in a fast-paced agile environment
  • Help plan and design Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Engage in requirements review or story refinement
  • Test planning and execution of Test Plan by coordinating with team members
  • Advocate for quality practices and ensure they are performed by the team
  • Coordinate feature-level integration testing with QA Lead
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member by taking initiative
  • Analyze, maintain, and track defects for testing
  • Validate conformance to requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Ensure stories meet Definition of Done
  • Summarize testing results and communicate status with project team members

Requirements:

  • Solid work experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role with at least 5 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaborating with Development teams
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Knowledge to troubleshoot potential issues and best practices around database operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to make effective decisions based on sound business knowledge and industry best practices
  • Require ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task with several complex projects
