Job Title: QA Automation Specialist

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA Automation Specialist to join our team. As a QA Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in testing and validating web integrations, features, and analytics dashboards for both customer and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test and validate integrations between Aprimo and external web applications (client/vendor).
• Review user stories, integration requirements, and API documentation for testability and clarity.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for data flows, workflows, and process automation.
• Verify data mapping, synchronization, and error handling between connected systems.
• Perform functional, regression, exploratory, and UAT testing on platform features and enhancements.
• Test and validate BI reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) for data accuracy, visualization, and usability.
• Document and track bugs, issues, and test results using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers, BI/reporting teams, and Technical Solutions Architects to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
• Contribute to QA automation initiatives as skills develop (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
• Assist in maintaining QA process documentation and knowledge base.
• Participate in regular project meetings, providing QA updates and insights.
• Continuously learn and apply new QA best practices, integration skills, and reporting validation techniques.
• Support QA automation initiatives as skills develop.
• Additional duties and responsibilities as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in QA, software testing, or a related technical role (internships, school projects welcome).
• Basic understanding of web applications, APIs (REST, SOAP), and data flows.
• Familiarity with SQL for data validation and analysis.

• Target Compensation: Monthly base salary target of 45,000 to 60,000 PHP, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and level of experience.

Work Environment:

• Must be able to remain in stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods and performing sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing.
• Must be able to move about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another.
• Must be able to perform light physical work that includes lifting or moving objects up to 20 lbs. or medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds on occasion.
• Must be able to communicate with others to exchange information, including conveying detailed or important spoken instructions to others accurately, loudly, or quickly.
• Must possess the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication at normal speaking levels.
• Must be able to repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers (i.e., repeated typing, etc.).
• The worker is required to have close visual awareness to perform an activity and to assess the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of the work assigned, such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
• This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
