  • Supporting the technical transfer process to ensure successful implementation of recipes and processes for large-scale production
  • Managing and updating the R&D calendar to ensure all product development timelines and projects are on track and meet deadlines
  • Working closely with other departments such as marketing, procurement, and quality assurance to ensure new products align with business objectives and customer expectations

To thrive in this role, you will require:

  • A college graduate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM), Culinary Arts, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience working in Japanese Cuisine in a professional kitchen environment
  • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively
