Key Performance Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-level insights through executive dashboards and presentations.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop Data Dashboards: Utilize Power BI to create interactive and informative dashboards that align with business objectives.
  • Report Generation: Produce comprehensive weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for senior leadership, ensuring timely delivery and accuracy.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Foster cross-functional relationships with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive cohesive reporting initiatives.
  • Team Management: Oversee a team of analysts, promoting consistent data quality and excellence in reporting practices.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and enforce stringent quality standards.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Translate complex data into actionable insights, empowering executives to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years in reporting or data leadership roles, demonstrating a track record of success.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Power BI and SQL proficiency, with expertise in data analysis and visualization.
  • Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to manage data teams and effectively present to executives, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms such as Slack and Asana.
