Software Quality Assurance Expert

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
They should have experience in manual software testing, with a focus on developing comprehensive test cases and test plans.
Additionally, they should be proficient in creating detailed test scripts, have experience with defect tracking tools, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Preferred qualifications include experience with testing web and mobile applications, automation testing tools, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and SQL database testing.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual test cases and test plans.
- Review and understand software requirements, specifications, and technical design documents.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using a defect tracking system.
- Perform thorough regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not compromised by new changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide input on testability and quality.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior QA testers.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in software testing.
