Automation Engineer Role

As a skilled Automation Engineer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the quality of our software products by developing, executing, and maintaining automated tests. You will collaborate closely with development teams and other stakeholders to identify areas that can be automated and create scripts that simulate user actions and behavior.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and establishing test automation strategies and processes for efficient software product quality assurance
  • Performing automation and manual testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality
  • Designing, implementing, and reviewing the design and development of all aspects of automation testing along with the creation, execution, and maintenance of automated scripts
  • Monitoring automation processes and preparing status reports for progress tracking
  • Documenting automation processes and designing an efficient automation framework for web products
  • Implementing reusable and robust test cases and evaluating results for improved efficiency
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in automation and manual testing with expertise in tools like Selenium and Cypress
  • Solid technical knowledge of automation tests and scripting with intermediate knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies with experience in providing inputs regarding tool improvements
