Job Title: Residential Plumbing Quality Assurance Expert

This is a challenging remote role where you will manage high volumes of residential work orders daily, overseeing licensed plumbers in the field. Your key responsibility will be to review diagnoses, validate scopes, and ensure quality control before work progresses.

As a successful candidate, you will have 3–5+ years of hands-on residential plumbing experience, a Master Plumber certification or equivalent, and strong diagnostic skills with the ability to assess work via photos, videos, and notes.

You will also be responsible for evaluating contractor reports, photos, and videos for accuracy, identifying incomplete or inaccurate bids, and coordinating with contractors to resolve issues.

In this role, you will provide technical guidance, escalate quality concerns appropriately, and ensure all documentation and data entries are accurate and complete.

Serving as the final QA checkpoint before work approval, scheduling, or billing, you will utilize internal platforms for efficient workflow management and collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot delays or issues.
