Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is highly preferred.
  • Marketing background or experience is beneficial.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities are necessary.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, knowledge in MS Office or Google Workspace, and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
  • Self-motivation, reliability, and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
