Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
  • Resolve issues on the first call and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.
  • Collect and gather all necessary information for review.
  • Cross-train with other communication platforms as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills, able to structure unorganized information.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
  • Kind, patient, and caring attitude even in stressful situations.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to understand problems and work towards viable solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a Call Center/Customer Service environment: 3 years.
  • Healthcare experience is an asset.
