Global CRM Assistant: Supporting Excellence in Customer Service
About the RoleThis position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of services to internal and external clients. As a Global CRM Assistant, you will work closely with the BSD team to achieve group and individual objectives.
The role requires strong technical skills, including experience with ERPs and CRMs or related tools. You will be responsible for providing basic level support to all services and processes, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of transactions processed.
You will also support general services with basic level or CRM Assistant level of expertise, solve problems via analytical thinking and comply with operational SLAs agreed with the customer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical CRM support (Level 11)
- Supporting general services with basic level or CRM Assistant level of expertise
- Ensuring compliance with operational SLAs and performance against defined Key Performance Indicators
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Good relationship building skills, both internal and with internal customers
- Experience with ERPs and CRMs or related tools
- Strong presentation abilities and impact while addressing customers with service information, reports and other relevant data

This role requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.
Language RequirementsFull command of English language (written and spoken) is required. Spanish, French or Portuguese (written and spoken) is desirable.
