About the role

Join our thriving team at iPower Products and Systems, Inc. as a full-time Logistics Assistant, based in our Paranaque City, Metro Manila office. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support to our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials to meet our customers' needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, and delivery of products and materials
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve logistics-related issues
  • Provide administrative support, such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a logistics or warehousing role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Use of logistics software, spreadsheets, and other relevant IT tools is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data management
  • Familiarity with logistics-related regulations and best practices
  • Has a driver's license
