Sales Performance Manager

Job ResponsibilitiesThis role involves selling the Bank's products and services to clients across different segments, contributing to the overall sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the Bank. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring competition and client behavior, and fostering strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets, including identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor competition and client behavior, adjusting strategies to maintain or exceed market position
- Foster strong client relationships and generate new business to boost deposit volume
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to Sales Director/Area Sales Director, tracking personal performance
- Collaborate with other bank units to address client concerns and improve service
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proven experience in sales or a similar role is essential, with adaptability to different markets and customer segments being a key requirement.
