Key Responsibilities:

This role enables regional sales teams to meet their sales goals by providing strategic support and planning expertise. The Sales Performance Coordinator works closely with the commercial team to understand the region's channel and category landscape, and helps develop plans to drive sales growth.

The role involves facilitating regular reviews of sales performance and identifying opportunities for improvement. The coordinator also supports the Regional Sales Manager in reviewing and proposing sales targets and budgets.

In addition, the Sales Performance Coordinator will support other regional initiatives and activities, such as reporting requirements and office management. They will work closely with the Field Sales Managers to ensure they have the necessary expertise to execute the company's commercial plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial operations and be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. They should also have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret data to inform business decisions.
