Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional property management professional to provide high-level executive support, manage property listings, prepare contracts, and maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Administrative tasks related to property management, including listing management and contract preparation
  • Managing CRM and social media campaigns using Hubspot (preferred)
  • Utilizing AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications (preferred)
  • Providing excellent client service via phone calls with professionalism
Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the U.S. real estate or property management industry
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio (preferred)
  • Availability to work in US time zones
