Major Duties:
• Carries out small to medium activities/projects with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• Work closely with RMs/CSDMs on various initiatives and key priority projects, any operational changes, efficiency requirements and implement business plans within the Client Service team and to cater client preferences and requests
• May closely work and liaise with project leads to ensure communication and smooth implementation
• May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management
• Able to serve as a key subject matter expert
• Delivers a work product that requires less revision
• Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions
• Build strong working relationships with other departments throughout the organisation
• Uses existing procedures to solve standard problems; analyzes information and standard practices to make judgments
• Has limited impact on own work team
• Works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
Knowledge:
• More technically sound in area of expertise with broader knowledge of other areas
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• In-depth Functional / Industry Knowledge is required
• Highly flexible and adaptable to change
• Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact
• Able to serve as a key subject matter expert
• Requires conceptual knowledge of theories, practices and procedures within a job discipline
• Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience
• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Experience:
• Accountable for own contributions
• A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is preferred
