Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paid Search Specialist to join our team. This role will provide support for various aspects of campaign planning and launch processes across Paid Search advertising campaigns.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Building and day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen campaign types.
  • Rigorous keyword management - initial keyword research, expansion, refinement, and negative keyword-sculpting to ensure high relevance and low wasted spend.
  • Adjusting and refining bid strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition.
  • Navigating campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements.
Responsibilities

Some key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying tracking needs or issues for current campaigns and assisting other teams in setting up new conversion events or troubleshooting when necessary.
  • Improving Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience through ongoing optimizations and best practice implementation.
  • Initiating and managing creative requests with the design team based on channel requirements.
  • Querying, manipulating, and analyzing data from multiple sources using Google Sheets, Looker Studio, and Tableau.
  • Analyzing campaign data to generate actionable insights, highlighting wins, gaps, and opportunities for deeper investment or cost-saving.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bonus: Meta, LinkedIn, others).
  • A strong command of bid strategies and budget optimization to drive performance.
  • An analytical mindset with a focus on metrics, outcomes, and continuous improvement.
  • The ability to interpret data and communicate clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
