Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit influencers on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube who align with our brand values and aesthetics.
  • Guide influencers to produce high-quality content that showcases our products and benefits.
  • Manage collaborations, influencer gifting, and commissions through a seamless process.
  • Collaborate with the social media management team to engage with the audience and build brand loyalty.
  • Ensure timely execution of collaborations and maintain clear communication with influencers.
  • Track key metrics such as engagement and reach to evaluate campaign success and optimize future strategies.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in influencer/UGC outreach and collaboration is essential.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce processes, including collaborations, shipments, gifting, and commissions, is required.
  • Knowledge of partnerships via platforms like Impact.com is beneficial.
  • A strong organizational skillset and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners is crucial.
  • A passion for skincare, beauty, and keeping up with digital trends is necessary.
Preferred Experience
