Senior Paid Media Associate Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Paid Media Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing paid social campaigns from start to finish, utilizing data-driven approaches to optimize performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile campaigns across major paid social channels, leveraging expertise in paid social and performance marketing metrics to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid social strategies, focusing on campaign optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Analyze campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights to stakeholders, driving informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of campaign goals.
  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments to inform future campaign development.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising principles, including CPM, engagement rate, CPA, CPC, and LTV.
  • Proven experience running large-scale growth campaigns on paid social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to distill complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to optimize day-to-day performance and drive business outcomes.
