About the Job:
As a Coordinator of Warranties, you will be responsible for handling warranty claims and providing excellent customer support to clients.Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with suppliers and staff to ensure vehicle repairs are carried out efficiently and within quoted costs and technical guidelines • Provide assistance to the department for escalating conflict resolution • Coordinate vehicle registration activities • Assist with prioritizing client repair tracking and follow-up • Assist clients and other departments with vehicle-related inquiries • Negotiate the best possible outcomes for client satisfaction and resolve conflicts as required • Ensure accurate technical information is recorded in the company database • Verify that all repair costs, cost tracking, and authorization levels adhere to company policies • Minimize vehicle repair time by ensuring warranty work is suitably covered under warranty provisionsRequirements:
• Mechanical trade qualifications or equivalent • Diploma or certificate-level qualifications in business or tourism • At least 1-2 years of guest services or customer service experience • Intermediate computer skills • Experience in handling customer expectations and conflict • Supplier management experience • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic communication style • Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure-
