Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Merchant Services Representative to engage with potential clients, introduce our services, and schedule qualified appointments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects to discuss merchant services and payment solutions.
  • Understand the business needs of potential clients through professional conversations.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide clear responses.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Accurately record calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly calling and appointment-setting targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of merchant services or payment processing solutions.
  • Experience working with CRM tools for tracking leads and performance.
  • Fluent English language skills with a neutral accent.
  • Proven cold calling experience preferably in merchant services, payments, or financial services.
  • Strong sales and persuasion skills with ability to handle objections confidently.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven individual able to work with minimal supervision.
