Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound calls, answering inquiries, and booking appointments on behalf of clients. A strong understanding of CRM/scheduling platforms is a plus.
In this role, you will represent clients professionally, taking detailed call summary notes and transmitting accurate information to clients. BPO experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated and eager to add value.
Main Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls and answer inquiries for home services clients.
- Represent clients professionally and follow their standard greeting.
- Book appointments on clients' CRM/scheduling platforms.
- Take detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Experience with CRM/scheduling platforms is a plus.
