Business Intelligence Analyst

We're seeking an accomplished Business Intelligence Analyst to drive key business decisions through insightful data analysis. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain reporting solutions that cater to the company's strategic goals.

  • Perform in-depth analyses of large datasets to identify trends, uncover insights, and recommend actionable strategies that drive business impact.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to design, develop, and analyze performance metrics, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting.
  • Partner with stakeholders to create dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Develop expertise in extracting and analyzing data from various sources, including SQL databases and data lakes.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that ensure seamless data flow and efficient processing.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance skills and contribute to the company's analytics capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing structured data.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical concepts, including hypothesis testing and confidence intervals.
  • Experience with Excel for analysis and visualization.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of modern BI tools, such as PowerBI, Looker, or Tableau.

Bonus Points:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Python or R for data analysis and visualization.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
